If you register as an associate of a non-profit organization or company, you agree that your name and email address will be visible to other associates of that organization or company.  This information is typically used when one member of an organization registers multiple people for a class or event.

By registering on the site, you are agreeing to accept email correspondence through and from Company.  The Company will not intentionally provide information not authorized by the user, such as his/her name, but shall have no liability to you even if it does so. You understand and agree that the Company may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain non-confidential information contained in your profile and/or user registration information as described below. The Company reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you.

How to stop receiving information from us:

Candidates may opt-out of any emails sent by Company by clicking on any UNSUBSCRIBE link in emails received from the company. Click on link in footer of any email you receive from us to UNSUBSCRIBE from our mailing list. Alternatively, you can send an email request with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line to info@childlosscenter.org to stop receiving information from us about content or services. We honor all requests that we receive. Please allow up to 30 days for this request to process.

What security measures are used?


When you submit personal information via the Site, your information is protected both online and off-line with what we believe to be appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. For example, we use third party payment processors that use the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology, which encrypts your credit card and personal information.
